Principal
Leads every scheme from survey through to the last site visit.
There is no separate delivery team. Whoever detailed a junction is whoever a contractor calls about it eighteen months later, and that is deliberate.
Placeholder — names and portraits on this page are stand-ins awaiting real team photography. Nobody shown is a member of the practice.

Associate, Detailing
Owns the junction drawings and the finish schedules across concurrent projects.
A studio this size can keep the same person on a project from survey to snagging. That is the whole argument for not growing.

Nothing is committed to a client that has not been drawn at scale first. A sketch that works at 1:100 and fails at 1:5 is an opinion, not a design.
Documentation is only ever proven on site. Leaving at drawing-issue means never finding out whether the drawings were good enough.
Layout and light set most of the eventual cost. If the news is bad it is cheapest to hear in week one, so that is when we say it.
The studio does not grow past the point where one person can carry a project from survey to handover. Growth would cost exactly the thing clients hire us for.
The roles below are what we usually need. We read speculative applications properly, so send one even if nothing here matches.
